📦 Shipping + Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Processing times may be extended during sales, holiday weekends, and high-volume periods.

🚗 Local Pickup

If Local Pickup is selected at checkout, orders are typically ready the same day or the next business day. A text notification will be sent once your order is ready for pickup.

Local pickup orders must be picked up within 7 days.

Local Pickup Policy:

All local pickup orders are final sale — no refunds. Exchange or store credit only. No exceptions.

🚚 Shipping Orders

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on location. Please note that carrier delays may occur during holidays or peak shipping times.

⏰ Processing Schedule

We do not process, fulfill, or ship orders on Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

💲 Shipping Costs

• Flat-rate shipping: $5 (U.S. only)
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, even if merchandise is returned.
